WARNING! In compliance with regulation 3 of the Trading Scheme Regulations 1997 (as amended) and section 120(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1973, please read the warning below in respect of the Lookhu Referral Program:

• It is illegal for us or for a participant in the Lookhu Referral Program (including Referring Users and Referred Creators) to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the Lookhu Referral Program.

• Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved from participation in the Lookhu Referral Program.

• Although we do not demand any payment from Referring Users for the purposes of participating in the Lookhu Referral Program, we are legally required to inform you that if you sign this contract, you have 14 days in which to cancel and get your money back.

BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS – PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms are additional terms which apply if you use the Lookhu Referral Program. These Referral Program Terms form part of your agreement with us. Key things to note:

• At all times, you must abide by our Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and all applicable tax regulations.

• You must have a current User account to participate in the Lookhu Referral Program.

• Referring Users will be paid a referral payment of 5% on Fan Payments generated by the Referred Creator, with certain conditions outlined below.

2. Interpretation

• "Referring User" is also referred to as "you" or "your" in these Referral Program Terms.

• "Referred Creator" means the person who joins Lookhu as a new Creator via the Referring User's unique referral link.

3. The Lookhu Referral Program
Lookhu offers a program (“Referral Program”) by which Users can introduce new Creators to Lookhu and are eligible to receive payments according to these Referral Program Terms.

4. Referral Program Rules

1. Eligibility:
   a. Users can participate in the Referral Program.
   b. If a User's account has been suspended, terminated, or deleted, that User becomes ineligible for the Referral Program.

2. Payout Requirements:
   a. You must add bank account or payment method details to your account to receive referral payments under the Lookhu Referral Program.

3. Referral Links:
   a. Each User has a unique referral link to share with others.
   b. When sharing a referral link, you must not impersonate Lookhu or suggest that Lookhu is promoting your referral link.
   c. Do not use Google Ads or similar advertising platforms to promote your referral link. Upon request, you must disclose the methods by which you share your referral link.

4. Tracking Referrals:
   a. The Referred Creator must click on your referral link and register using the same browser session.
   b. Cookies are used to track referrals; disabling or clearing these cookies may prevent proper referral tracking and payments.

5. Referral Payment Conditions:
   a. Referral payments will be made only for Referred Creator accounts, not for Fan accounts, unless the Fan later becomes a Creator.
   b. If a Referred Creator creates multiple accounts, referral payments will only be made on the first-registered account.
   c. No payments will be made for accounts you own, operate, or have a commercial relationship with.

6. Promotional Guidelines:
   When promoting Lookhu, you must:
   a. Not give a false impression of Lookhu;
   b. Avoid making statements suggesting guaranteed earnings for Creators on Lookhu.

7. Withdrawal:
   A Referred Creator can withdraw from the Referral Program at any time, and no further referral payments will be made to the Referring User.

5. Referral Payments

1. Referral Payment Calculations:
   Once a Referred Creator establishes an account, the Referring User will receive 5% of the Fan Payments generated by the Referred Creator within 12 months of registration.

   • The maximum referral payment for each Referred Creator is $50,000.

2. Example:

   • If a Referred Creator generates $1 million or more in Fan Payments within 12 months, the Referring User's payment will be capped at $50,000.

   • If the Referred Creator generates less than $1 million, the Referring User will receive 5% of the total Fan Payments generated within the 12-month period.

3. Indirect Sales Taxes:
   All referral payments are inclusive of any applicable Indirect Sales Tax.

4. Payment Methods:
   To receive referral payments, you must select a payout method offered by Lookhu in your country of residence.

5. Payment Frequency:
   Referral payments will be made monthly, with accrued payments transferred to you on or around the first day of the next calendar month.

6. Referral Payment Cost:
   Lookhu bears the cost of the referral payment; Referred Creators are not charged for referral participation.

6. Rights Relating to the Referral Program

1. Verification:
   We may request ID and other information to verify referral payments and the identity of the Referring User or Referred Creator. Failure to provide this information may forfeit entitlement to referral payments.

2. Program Changes:
   Lookhu may change any aspect of the Referral Program, including referral payment calculations, or discontinue it at any time. However, changes will not affect referral payments already earned.

3. Withholding Payments:
   In cases of violation of Lookhu's Terms of Service, referral payments may be withheld or forfeited.
